Initial layout and description

We divided the group into two teams. Each team is placed dealt to each end line and ordered by group.

The exercise begins in the following way. Leaves the group 1 of the ‘A’ Team to the other basket and makes a pitch of 3 points, 2 points or an input (depending on the age or level of difficulty). In the instant the ball touches the ground or crosses the network, the group 1’s ‘B’ Team pulls out of the background, making a quick exit. The group 1 of the team must make a good Balance Defensive to avoid a contrataque.

The process is repeated starting the following wave after theft, recovery, rebound of the defending team, or after crossing the ball to the network as a result of a launch to the basket become.

Variants

  • You can only finish with an entrance to the basket.
  • You can only pull 2 points.
  • Only you can pull out of the restricted zone.
  • You can only pull 3 points.
  • You play without boat.
  • There is a limit of boats per player each time that it receives.
  • There is a limit of passes per team on field of attack.
  • In case of having equal numbers, there is that to make a foundation single or collective technical or tactical marked previously by the Coach.
  • Can be made with just one ball. In this case, the exercise is more realistic and tunes the speed of reaction of the players having to get behind the back line in case of fit basket or pass to the bands for the output of contrataque in case of theft, recovery or rebound defensive.
  • Balance End-to-3 teams
