Initial layout and description
We divide the class in groups of 3-4 people.
Depart from the position of 3 open or, if you are 4, 4 open or 3 open and 1 inside (also known as ‘Shell).
The player receiving the pass will have to take the ball to the ground on how to receive and to penetrate strong to the hoop, then bend the ball out and return to stand out.
The signal of the coach, the player with the ball ends with a shot.
Variants
- The signal of the coach:
- play 2×1 (the defender may be the last player who gave the last pass or the one that did not give the last pass).
- play 1×2.
- To limit the number of boats.
- Pre-determine a number of passes to end (in this way the task happens to be addressed to be autonomous).
