The 45° to 45° Off-Ball Screen Drill focuses on executing and reading off-ball screens between the two wings. Players simulate game-like situations where a cutter uses an indirect screen to separate from their defender, moving from one 45° spot to the opposite side. The drill sharpens timing, angle execution, and shooting after separation, helping players understand how to move efficiently without the ball.
