Initial layout and description of the 1-on-1 – Zigzag Arrival Drill
The attacker has the initiative and marks the beginning of the year coming out from the side of half-court and you have to walk around the cone further away. The defender comes from the union of the side of the area with the bottom line of the same side and you have to walk around the cone in front of it. You will end up playing a 1×1 in which the attacker will have to decide what to do past the cone, taking into account that past the cone no longer be able to throw away.
Variants
- The Regular placement of the cones to adjust time and space in which occurs the 1×1, giving more advantage to the attacker or the defender.
- Provide a pot inside the zone.
- The defender has the initiative.
Note: All variants are supported.
