exercise, exercise, basketball, 1x1, 1c1

The 1-on-1 – Sprint Start from Half Court drill challenges players to combine speed, control, and competitiveness. Two players sprint from midcourt—one with the ball, one without—and immediately engage in a live 1-on-1 situation. This drill enhances transition defense, off-the-dribble attack, and conditioning, while training players to handle pressure at high speed.
