Initial layout and description of the 1-on-0 – Nebreda Challenge Drill
Getting to the pitch and start to exercise. It begins with a triple (after warmed up).
The goal of the Challenge Nebreda is getting to score a 50 triple by following a few specific guidelines:
- Get 50 triple (this figure may vary as a function of time and the percentage of success). Each triple basked will be worth one point.
- In case you do not score, you can make an entry to the basket after the ball has bounced once.
- In case of failure of the shot and get the ball, it will subtract a point.
Note: to make it more fun, you can split the 50 triple by 5 sets of 10 (varying displacements and/or changes of hand before the shot).
Variants
- Shot after pot.
- Shot 2 is worth 1/2 point.
- Actual value of the baskets.
- Shot basked after bouncing on fly is worth 2 points.
