1-on-0 Drill – I See change

The 1-on-0 Drill – I See change is an exercise aimed at working dribble, crossover and perception (decision making , to a lesser extent).

The player that gets to have made a shot or an input to the basket, choose for which side you return to the row. The next player that will make the shot or the entrance to the basket you will need to choose the hand that is free.

Initial layout and description of the Exercise 1×0 – I See change

Are placed 5-6 players doing a row in the half court, while maintaining the maximum possible distance.
