This collection of 23 Drills to Work on the Hand-Off Pass, inspired by Argentinian coach Nicolás Casalánguida and compiled by Eduardo Burgos, offers a complete approach to developing one of the most effective actions in modern basketball: the hand-off pass. These drills combine timing, footwork, decision-making, and reading the defense. Whether used as a warm-up, in technical sessions, or to reinforce team concepts, this compilation provides a wide range of options for coaches working at all levels.
Have been extracted and plotted a video of basketball Nicholas Casalaguinda edited by Deposoft.com.ar and published at the now defunct blog abrirjuego.blogspot.com.

As a picture is worth more than a thousand words, with the explanation of the video and the corresponding graphs I think it’s more than enough so that I can serve them and apply them in your workouts if you consider of interest to you, to me it seems that they are very useful and practical.
Although I have only shown some on defense in the color red, all and each one of them can be carried out including advocates, and in addition can be made both with elite teams as training. In fact I have carried out this year with a team of child and female have been developed without the slightest difficulty.
