
The warmThe Full-Court Warm-Up Drill is a dynamic and continuous warm-up exercise that engages players in movement from one basket to the other. It is designed to activate the body and mind through running, passing, layups, and communication. This drill helps improve coordination, cardio readiness, and overall rhythm at the start of practice.

Recommended age

- From 8 years onwards (Minibasket: categories, benjamin and fry).
Number of players

- From 3 players forward.
- Recommended multiples groups of 3.
Note: you can do without to be multiples of 3. In that case you must get a proportion of balls that does not interferes with the exercise (for example, with 8 players can have 4-5 balls).
Recommended time

- Recommended time: 4-6 minutes.
Equipment and facilities

- 2 balls for each group of 3 players.
- A pitch whole of Basketball.
Initial layout and description
Start that there are 2 balls for each group of 3-4 people. Under each basket is placed by a player with the ball. Another player without the ball, located in the half court, is directed to a basket.
When you get close to the triple received a pass from team-mate who was with the ball in the same line in the background. Strip and goes to his rebound. The player who gave the pass towards the other basket to perform the same series of actions and so on.
Variants
- The player who is going to receive the pass points out what type of release you want to make by pointing out/checking with your fingers the value of the shot that you want to convert.

- The receiving player must make a certain stop to receive.
- The receiving player must make a certain output to drop and go to the location of the shot.

- The receiving player must perform one or several changes of hand combined before pulling.
- The receiving player must perform some kind of stop before shooting.
