Initial layout and description of the Figure-8 Rebounding Drill
Placing all players in a row india. The first player in line has a ball. The coach is placed at the back (you can also adjust the distance of the wheel with a cone).
The exercise begins with the first player jumping with the ball, throwing it against the board for it to go as straight as possible and that it is best to his companion that comes after him.
After throwing the ball to a board, put back in the row after going through behind the Coach (or a cone). The next player jumps, catches the ball in the air and then re-launch the same way you did the first mate. And so on. The wheel is already in motion.
Ideal to present it as a challenge group.
Variants
- Receive it with two hands and throw the ball with one hand.
- Receive with one hand and leave her with a single hand (very difficult).
- The previous variant, alternating hand of reception (and launch) between one player and another.
- Incorporate a particular gesture (swipe over the head, pass chest or swipe to slap).
- Challenge groups.
- Wheel bounce
Note: all variants are combinable.
