Going out in pairs. A trainer (or by a third mate) located in the header have a ball. The attacking player placed under the hoop and a defender between the attacker and the bottom line, both oriented towards the headboard.
- In the phase of initiation, so that the work location of the Pivot Foot, we have the defender in passive mode.
- In the development phase, the defender is active.
The attacker leaves up to three times in order to receive. How much the attacker has left the restricted area of the 3 seconds, the defender will have to track him down. The attacker will have to decide how to receive the pass from the coach. Once you receive and identified the pivot foot, you will have to decide how to use the Foot Support Free and play 1×1 (or 1×1 with passive defender).
Note: this exercise also applies to working with the concept of the back door.
Variants
