Initial layout and description
Form 4 rows, 2 in each media pitch in such a way that in each half court has 1 row of players with the ball in the prolongation of the free kick and the other players without a ball that starts past the mid-court on the opposite side.
The first of the row without the ball passes the ball to the first player of the row without the ball. Then, it goes to the other half court and is incorporated into the row of players without the ball.
Meanwhile, the player who received the pass is directed by dropping into the hoop and make an entry to the basket (or a shot).
Then, picking up his own rebound and goes (with the ball launched, the row, with balls of the same half court.
Variants
- There is that ending shot.
- There is a certain stop (in 3 times, stop, yugoslav, etc…).
- Throw in a degree of 45 ° with respect to the basket to work on the shooting board.
- The player that receives the pass has to finish for the center, being able to choose the supports and the arm of the shot.
- With the previous variant, you can also put the foundation of tyre ‘Pump’.
- You can make challenges for the collective good. How many baskets encestaremos between all in 1 minute of time? How many baskets in a row encestaremos among all?
