Initial layout and description of the 1-on-0 – 5 Shots in 24 Seconds
The players do not pull handles are placed, with a balloon for each one, under each basket. One of them will be the first pin and the second pin.
The player who is going to throw is placed behind a cone. The first pin he passes the ball. The time starts just when the shooter receives the first pass. After you have pulled will go to the other cone of that same basket for receiving the second pass. While, the first pin will be picking up the rebound to go to the other basket. Second pin does the same thing. Once you have repeated the sequence, you will return to the first basket in a straight line, and so on. After finishing his round of 5 shots in 24 seconds,it turns the roles (handle, 1 pin and 2 pin).
Variants
- Throw in 2 (a half-long distance -out-of-zone).
- There is that end with shots inside the area.
- You can extend the time to have the possibility of making more shots (beware that the exercise was not to lose explosiveness).
- Exercise evolved: 5 shots in 24 seconds – version 2.0
