Players sprint back and forth while dribbling and executing hand-to-hand crossovers at each turn. This trains ball-handling, coordination, and first-step explosiveness—perfect for warm-ups or individual skill work.

Initial layout and description of the 1-on-0 – Shuttle Relay with crossover Drill
We divided the group into two groups. Each group occupies one half of the longitudinal pitch.
In the first leg, the players will have to reach and make the changes of hand going on in every portal on his side (as well instill the concept of rhythm changes decreasing and increasing).
To spend the last portal you will arrive to your companion and they will give you a pass in hand on the pot.
On the return journey, players must not go through the portals and iran, first inside and then open up to the band arrived to the half court.
End the tour with a pass in hand on the pot (so we’ll also work the changes of the hand in a speed boat).
So will close the cycle and players will have two ways of practicing the changes of hand.

Variants
- By varying travel
- either by varying position of the cone relative to the chariots,
- either by modifying the location of the cars.
- By varying the input side and output.
- Setting certain changes of the hand in each portal.
- Surrounding certain objects (cones or cars).
- Game relay race original.
- 1×1 – Slalom
- 1×1 – Action-Reaction
