The Hybrid Drill (2-on-0 to 1-on-1) – Rebound and Challenge starts with two teammates executing a cooperative action (such as pass + finish), then immediately transitions into a live 1-on-1 battle off the rebound.
The shooter’s partner retrieves the rebound and becomes the defender, creating a natural and competitive transition from collaboration to opposition. This drill develops finishing focus, rebounding effort, and reactive 1-on-1 instincts.

- Change the degree of opposition to 1×1:
- Is pulled only once to the basket and the players are taking a first look by way of a mini-competition.
- You can make the player who threw it will defend to the player who reboteó (that’s in the same basket).
