    The Tulip Game is a call-and-response chase game where players must react quickly to key words (“tulipán” triggers the run). The chaser must catch the runner before reaching safety. It improves explosiveness, auditory processing, and start-stop reactions, often used to inject laughter and agility training into warm-ups.
  • Rock, Paper, Scissors Game
    The Rock, Paper, Scissors Game is a playful mix of physical activity and decision-making. Players pair up, play RPS, and the winner advances through a path or completes a task while the loser returns to the queue. It encourages engagement, reaction speed, and is ideal for active rest between intense drills.
  • The Spider Game (a.k.a. Bulldog or Wall Game)
    In The Spider Game, players attempt to cross from one side of the court to the other without being tagged by the “spider” in the middle. Each tagged player joins the spider team. This game enhances sprint bursts, dodging, and competitive evasion, and works well as a high-energy warm-up.
  • Tag Game
    The classic Tag Game is a foundational activity for warm-ups and physical literacy. One or more players chase the others to tag them. It builds acceleration, change of direction, evasion skills, and is easy to adapt to group size or space.
  • Pac-Man Game
    The Pac-Man Game recreates the arcade classic on a basketball court using cones to create paths. Players move within the “maze” and try to avoid being tagged by designated “ghosts.” It boosts footwork, court navigation, and decision-making under pressure, while keeping a fun and thematic dynamic.
  • Cat, Dog and Mouse Game
    In the Cat, Dog and Mouse Game, players take on roles with specific rules—cats chase mice, dogs chase cats, etc.—creating a layered chase scenario that builds reaction speed, role recognition, and spatial awareness, with high levels of laughter and unpredictability.
