The Game/Exercise-Free Kick 1+1 has as main idea to add a symbolic load to the launch of the Free Kick. The idea part of the ancient rule of the Regulation that said that to be eligible for a second free-kick had they mark the first.

In the 1 Free Throw Drill/Game, after shooting a free throw, if the player scores, they earn another one. This classic challenge simulates real-game pressure situations, reinforcing concentration, rituals, and emotional control under pressure.
In the end, we leave a variant of the extra rewards checking the two free throws.

Description of the 1 Free Throw Drill/Game
The first player throws his first free kick:
- If the brand, will add a point, and will be entitled to a second free throw. When you launch your second shot:
- If the brand, will add another point and will have completed their turn.
- If it fails, will remain with the point of the first release.
- If it fails, it will be the next player’s turn.
Wins the player who before you get to the total that marked the coach (10 points is a good reference).
Note: If we want to add more load and reward players who are able to mark their two releases in their turn, point out to the players that marked his two free throws, they will get a total of 3 points.

Variants of the 1 Free Throw Drill/Game
- Shoot from a specific location that does not have to be the Free Kick.
- Establishing a physical burden for every free kick failed. In case of failure of the first, the player who missed the first free throw, you will need to do a sprint from fund to fund. In case of failure of the second free throw, you will need to do a sprint back to half court.
- It may encourage the players that will try distracting to the shooter, whether by gestures or by trash-talking. NEVER allowing the physical contact. We want a situation of stress that you may have good transfer to the real game.
- You can allow players to pull closer to the pitcher (not less than one meter).
Note: All variants variants proposals are combinable.
