
A fast-paced, team-based warm-up game where players compete in relay-style races with basketball-specific tasks. The Relay Game boosts coordination, tempo control, and competitive spirit, ideal for energizing a training session.
Objectives

- Strengthen the foundation of the Pass.

Recommended age

- From 6 years onwards (School and Minibasket: categories pre-benjamin, benjamin, and fry).
Number of players

Equipment and facilities

Initial layout and description of the Relay Game
Do multiple computers (with the least number of players per team to avoid having a lot of people stop), it Is preferable that all groups have the same number of players.

Variants of the Relay Game
