Exercise 1×1 – Double or nothing: The Exercise 1×1 – Double or nothing is intended to settle the two-fold effort: the first in defense and second in the attack. Before you think of just dial, the first thing is to think not fit points. The dynamic is simple, first advocates for the right to attack. In case you get to defend with success, you will have the possibility to mark. In case you do not successfully defend there will be no possibility of being able to attack.
Exercise/game of relays designed to work speed boat, stops, kick to middle/long distance and pass baseball. They are grouped players in rows (around 2-3 players per row) and the team wins before you reach a certain score (or number of baskets).
