The 11-Man Fast-Break Drill, commonly known simply as “11,” is a popular warm-up and transition exercise featuring continuous 3-on-2 sequences. Although often mislabeled as a fast break, the presence of two defenders waiting distorts realism—it never truly becomes a live fast break. This drill helps players practice offensive numerical advantage and quick decision-making during transition.

In case you get to defend with success, you will have the possibility to mark. In case you do not successfully defend there will be no possibility of being able to attack.
