The bowling pass has this name because of its resemblance to the motor pattern of the bowling game.

The range of the pass can vary. From a short pass (including a pass in hand on the pot) to a long-range, as it may be a pass back.
Objectives for teaching

- Locate the target.
- Maintain a balanced stance.
- Catch the ball with one hand and the palm facing forward
- Give the pass with the ball coming out from the height of the hip.
- Take a step in the direction of the pass.
- Push the ball with the flexo-extension of the elbow.
- Finish with the palm facing out and fingers outstretched.
Most common errors

- Do not locate the target.
- He loses his balance.
- Gets evil the ball and/or directs the wrong toes and gives a pass to be defective.
- The ball comes out from a different height than that of the hip and makes it difficult to use the joints to give the pass.
- Does not give the pass and the pass loses tension.
- The ball comes out with a little force because the elbow is fully extended or flexed.
- It ends with the palms towards one side or below and the pass does not have the strength.
While it is true that the pass of the bolus is not widely used in Basketball, players must know to have recourse to more, to know him and not caught by surprise its use by the opponent.
