Section dedicated to the Association of Basketball Coaches of the Autonomous Community of Madrid (AEBCAM), a collective dedicated to safeguarding the interests of the guild of trainers, as well as to promote the improvement of their working conditions.

For three months, the founders of this association in all trainers active in the Community of Madrid), prepared the constitution of AEBCAM, being in the month of February 2018 when the Partnership comes to life as a legal person, with the aim of servicing the Basketball, and within it, the coaches within the Community of Madrid, but without putting territorial boundaries, given the facilities that provides the digital age.
As objectives, AEBCAM brand in its statutes, the promotion of basketball as a primary goal, with the desire to be a meeting point between the coaches and the different institutions that have an impact on the work of the coach and on the basketball, looking for a projection of this profession into the future, to provide advice and support in all areas that affect the work of the technical basketball, ensuring the interests of the collective, with a series of actions to stabilize and the professionalization of social work, education and sports of basketball coach, especially in the Community of Madrid.
The Association was born before the gap that there is in the Community of Madrid, at the time of the constitution, an association that one of the coaches, both training and professionals. In other autonomous communities are associations such as this, and in the Community of Madrid where there are close to 4,000 licenses basketball coach, could not be a day without the existence of an association to ensure that the figure of the coach, as legislated in recent times, with work demands, academic, social, sporting and training that today are not adjusted to the reality social living of the great majority of the coaches of Madrid and the minus basketball training.
With the beginning of the activity of AEBCAM, the association aims to cover that gap, helping to improve the world of basketball and protecting with the advice and constant action figure is undoubtedly the most professional basketball, but perhaps worse treated.
